End User License Agreement (EULA)
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”, “you”, or “your”) and Fuse Labs (“Licensor”, “Fuse Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of DMGKit and related software, including DMGKit Inspector where applicable.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, accessing, or using DMGKit, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, activate, access, or use the software.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Fuse Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use DMGKit for personal or commercial purposes on one (1) Mac computer.
Each DMGKit license is issued on a per-machine basis. One license authorizes use on one Mac only. A separate license is required for each additional Mac on which DMGKit is installed, activated, accessed, or used.
A license may be transferred to a replacement machine owned and operated by the same license holder, provided DMGKit is no longer used on the previous machine. Fuse Labs reserves the right to review, limit, deny, or revoke transfer requests in cases of suspected abuse, excessive transfers, license sharing, or activity inconsistent with the purchased license.
2. Single-Machine Licensing
Unless Fuse Labs explicitly agrees otherwise in writing, each purchased license is assigned to a single machine and may not be used as a floating, shared, concurrent, team, lab, educational, agency, organizational, or multi-user license.
- Each machine running DMGKit must have its own valid license;
- A single license may not be activated or used across multiple machines;
- A personal license may not be shared with coworkers, contractors, clients, students, community members, or third parties;
- Businesses, agencies, teams, schools, institutions, and organizations must purchase sufficient licenses for each machine using DMGKit.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Share, distribute, publish, lend, rent, lease, sublicense, resell, transfer, or otherwise make a license key available to any third party;
- Use a single license key on more machines than the number of licenses purchased;
- Use a personal license as a shared organizational, business, agency, educational, laboratory, or team license;
- Embed, publish, upload, post, or distribute license keys, activation credentials, entitlement files, account access, or any mechanism used to unlock DMGKit;
- Attempt to bypass, disable, modify, interfere with, reverse engineer, or circumvent licensing, activation, validation, security, or anti-abuse mechanisms;
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the software, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
- Create derivative works based on DMGKit or any related Fuse Labs software;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, attribution, legal, or proprietary notices;
- Use the software in any way that violates applicable laws, Apple policies, platform requirements, or third-party rights.
4. Ownership
DMGKit is licensed, not sold. Fuse Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights, design, source code, object code, workflows, branding, documentation, and related materials.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of DMGKit or any Fuse Labs intellectual property to you.
5. Activation, Validation, and Anti-Abuse
DMGKit may require activation, license validation, entitlement checks, or other verification mechanisms to confirm license validity and prevent piracy, abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, or use beyond the scope of the purchased license.
DMGKit may verify license validity, activation status, device association, entitlement information, and compliance with licensing restrictions. Fuse Labs may use this information to protect the software, enforce this Agreement, prevent unauthorized distribution, and maintain fair licensing for legitimate customers.
You agree not to interfere with, disable, manipulate, spoof, bypass, or attempt to circumvent any licensing, activation, validation, device association, or security system used by DMGKit.
6. License Revocation and Enforcement
Fuse Labs may suspend, deactivate, revoke, or terminate any license that Fuse Labs determines, in its sole discretion, has been shared, distributed, fraudulently obtained, abused, used beyond the scope of the purchased license, used on multiple machines without proper licensing, or otherwise used in violation of this Agreement.
Enforcement actions may include:
- License deactivation or revocation;
- Blocking access to updates, future releases, or related services;
- Denial of license transfer requests;
- Termination of activation rights;
- Legal action where applicable.
Users whose licenses are revoked due to abuse, unauthorized sharing, fraudulent activity, circumvention, or other violations of this Agreement are not entitled to a refund, replacement license, transfer, restoration of access, or continued use of the software.
7. Refunds
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Fuse Labs, particularly in cases where the software does not function as described or a verified technical issue cannot be resolved.
Licenses suspended, revoked, or terminated due to abuse, unauthorized sharing, fraudulent activity, circumvention of licensing systems, or violations of this Agreement are not eligible for refunds, replacement licenses, continued activation rights, or restoration of access.
To request a refund for a legitimate purchase, contact support@fuselabssoftware.com.
8. Updates and Upgrades
Fuse Labs may provide updates, upgrades, improvements, bug fixes, or feature changes to DMGKit. These updates are governed by this Agreement unless separate terms are provided.
Fuse Labs may modify, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Unless explicitly stated in writing, a purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates, perpetual support, or access to all future versions.
9. DMGKit Inspector
DMGKit Inspector is a companion utility provided by Fuse Labs. Where applicable, use of DMGKit Inspector is governed by this Agreement and any additional terms presented with the software.
DMGKit Inspector reports, trust scores, signing checks, notarization checks, Gatekeeper-style assessments, hash information, and inspection results are provided for informational purposes only. They do not guarantee Apple approval, future notarization acceptance, continued notarization validity, malware absence, or absolute safety.
Fuse Labs is not responsible for business decisions, distribution decisions, support outcomes, user trust decisions, or damages resulting from reliance on DMGKit Inspector reports.
10. Legal Document Features and Translation
DMGKit may include features to create, edit, manage, translate, localize, or inject legal documents, including Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, End User License Agreements, Software License Agreements, and related installer text.
These features are provided for convenience and workflow support only. Fuse Labs does not provide legal advice. Any templates, generated text, translations, formatting tools, or document workflows should be reviewed by you and, where appropriate, by qualified legal counsel before distribution.
Automated translations may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or jurisdiction-specific issues. You are solely responsible for verifying the legal accuracy, completeness, and enforceability of any translated or generated legal text before using it in a release.
11. SLA Injection and DMG Resources
DMGKit may provide tools for adding Software License Agreements or related resources to disk images. While DMGKit is designed to follow standard macOS disk image workflows, you are solely responsible for testing exported disk images before distribution.
Fuse Labs is not liable for mount failures, operating system behavior changes, corrupted disk images, incorrect legal resource configuration, localization issues, or distribution problems caused by custom legal documents, custom resources, third-party tools, Apple system changes, or incorrect configuration.
12. Apple Notarization and Signing Services
DMGKit may assist with macOS code signing, notarization, stapling, and related Apple Developer workflows. These workflows may require valid Apple Developer credentials, certificates, provisioning, app-specific passwords, API keys, or access to Apple services.
You are solely responsible for your Apple Developer account, certificates, credentials, app identifiers, entitlements, signing identity, notarization configuration, and compliance with Apple’s requirements.
Fuse Labs is not responsible for Apple service outages, rejected notarization submissions, expired certificates, revoked credentials, incorrect entitlements, Apple policy changes, third-party service issues, or failures caused by incorrect configuration.
13. User Content and Distributed Software
You are solely responsible for any applications, disk images, installers, packages, legal documents, translations, assets, files, or other content created, imported, processed, signed, notarized, exported, or distributed using DMGKit.
Fuse Labs is not responsible for the legality, safety, security, functionality, licensing, privacy compliance, or distribution compliance of software or content you create or distribute using DMGKit.
14. Third-Party Services
DMGKit may interact with third-party services, frameworks, tools, or platforms, including Apple Developer services, licensing providers, payment processors, system frameworks, and command-line tools.
Fuse Labs is not responsible for downtime, failures, API changes, policy changes, pricing changes, authentication issues, or other problems caused by third-party services or tools.
15. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. You may not use, export, or re-export DMGKit in violation of applicable laws, sanctions, restrictions, or regulations.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fuse Labs from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of DMGKit, your violation of this Agreement, your distributed software, your legal documents, your translations, your Apple Developer configuration, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform requirements.
17. Disclaimer of Warranty
DMGKit is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Fuse Labs disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and compatibility with all systems or workflows.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuse Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, failed releases, distribution issues, notarization failures, security warnings, or damages arising from use or inability to use DMGKit.
Your use of DMGKit is at your own risk.
19. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term.
Upon termination, revocation, or deactivation, you must stop using DMGKit, remove activated copies where applicable, and cease all use of the software and license key.
20. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
21. Changes to This Agreement
Fuse Labs may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of DMGKit after changes become effective means you accept the updated Agreement.
